What would you tell your pre-derby self about roller derby?: You’re going to do so many amazing things and find some of your greatest friends. Also, don’t forget to do a sit-up or plank from time to time.

What have been some of your ‘Greatest Hits’ on the track?: While I was a jammer, for the most part I always had a smile on my face. I loved not taking things too seriously, and I think the crowd really loved that. That ethos has transitioned into my coaching style as well.

Likes: Comfy shoes, a good business casual outfit, and watching my blockers wipe the floor with a jammer
